About the Workshop

Would you like to try meditating but do not know where to start? Perhaps you have tried meditation and realised that it is not for you? Or you have meditated and found yourself more agitated afterwards? Is your mind too busy? Or do you already meditate but you cannot get to do it regularly?

Then, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, this workshop may be for you.

In the two hours that we will be together, you will experience different concentration and meditation techniques from a range of Yoga traditions.
